The Kakariki Lodge

The Kakariki Lodge is the biggest tiny home we have built, designed for people who want proper everyday living without the big-house footprint. At 14m x 4m, it brings full home comfort into one beautifully finished build, with a walk-in wardrobe, a separate laundry and clever storage tucked in everywhere you look.

The layout keeps living and sleeping apart. At one end, a spacious lounge and custom kitchen open out through a wide ranch slider, filling the home with natural light and making the most of the view. At the other, a King bedroom with its own walk-in wardrobe gives you a quiet retreat at the end of the day. In between sit the central bathroom and laundry, with built-in storage on either side of the hallway.

Whether you are after a forever home, a place to downsize, a holiday bach or a standout Airbnb, the Kakariki Lodge is built to be lived in.
